Size of attachments

Hi

My installation with sqwebmail is now working great
using authpam as authentication method. 

It is a very nice and useful piece of software -
thanks to the developers. 

I have one question regarding attachments: when I attach
a file with a certain size (about 3M) I get the message
that the attachment is above the limit set by the system
administrator. I have tried and look into the the deliverquote
files but I am not certain what to do exactly.
