Trouble with Sqwebmail 2.0.0

Hello, I am using Sqwebmail 2.0.0 with vpopmail 4.9.10.  Logging into
Sqwebmail as a virtual domain user works normally.  When I try to compose a
new message and send it, I am greeted with:
   ERROR: You have exceeded your quota.

But I haven't, the user has NOQUOTA set in vpopmail and all aspects of
vpopmail work nomally.
