Nope.. Maildir is mounted on the local HDD... and the time is both the same
on every machine in my LAN.
What do you mean about the classic case? Could you give me any directions
how to solve this problem?

Is your Maildir mounted via NFS?
check your time on both machines, sounds like a classic case.
