Actually, it could probably be handled in the sendit.sh with a bit of work. All messages are sent through this script before being injected into the queue. So, theoretically, it would be possible to manipulate the message in any way needed there. Adding a confirmation page, on the other hand would definitely require modifying the source to sqwebmail. There is always the ``preview'' button though, maybe he/she could make ``preview'' mandatory and then modify the section of code that does the ``preview'' stuff...
