Pretty much everywhere.  That's what 100% of the code in the sqwebmail 
subdirectory does: generates output for all these tags.  The main 
application is rather simple: after some preliminary setup open one of these 
files, copy it to the network, and each time it finds a tag run some code 
that produces substitute output.
