Internal error (module sqconfig.c, line 66) - contact system administrator

hi 

when a new account is defined using webmin-0.86 sqwebmail has an error
"Internal error (module sqconfig.c, line 66) - contact system administrator"
anyone encountered this? what seems to be the problem?
