Wait. This is normal. After 10-15 seconds it'll go away.
See the README. It is possible to recompile GnuPG with a random noise
entropy generator, which will get rid of this, but usually this is just a
minor annoyance.
You can also try smaller keys. GnuPG usually runs out of entropy only when
generating large keys.
