Understanding the cgi parameters for sqwebmail

I am sure this has been asked before, but since I can not find any mailing
list archive, and since I did search the docs in the source, and grep'd
through a few source files, and looked around on google, this is the last
resort.

So is it possible for me to take a small form and pass/post a user login and
password to the /cgi-bin/sqwebmail executable?
