I've run into it as well with sqwebmail 2.1.1.

Problem is that I cannot verify anything. I'm 101% certain that
there's no proxy in the way. However, clicking the "folder" button
shows the message is deleted. 

What's also fun is that some messages in the index, after performing
the above, will point to different bodies. I.e. those listed in the
quick index point to a different messages, and going back or forward
by hitting the icons won't show new messages. 

The only solution I've found is to logout. 

Unforutnately it doesn't happen too often, tho I am starting to hear
about it from users. I have no proof save for my eyes, and that isn't quite 
enough for Sam.
