Hi list ! After a bit of installing I finally got courier running. I added a user to userdb (with MD5 Password) and ran makeuserdb. (./configure --with-mailuser=courier --with-mailgroup=courier --without-authldap -- without-authmysql --without-authpwd --without-authvchkpw --without-authpam --enabl e-https) I added a user to userdb and ran makeuserdb. SMTP, IMAP and POP3 are O.K. and use the userinfo from userdb. Now my problem: Sqwebmail does NOT authenticate against the userdb information, but DOES authenticate locally against the /etc/passwd .
