Why is Opera ignoring the no-cache HTTP header?
There is a very specific HTTP/1.1 header that tells whoever's getting this
page not to cache it for any reason whatsoever.
Sqwebmail returns this header pretty much for every page.
If Opera is still caching it, and it decides to show cached content for a
particular URL, instead of going back to the server, this should be reported
as a bug.
