/etc/pam.d/webmail is the same as /etc/pam.d/samba (I don't have ppp on
this box)

However I still don't think it's right as I'm not getting anything in
/var/log/messages when something tries to validate. Neither a fail or a
pass message.

All the docs I've found seem to assume you have the entire courier
package installed (I'm running qmail). If there's any idiot guides to
authentication around (either authpam or another simple one), I'd
appreciate someone pointing me in the right direction.
