Use Qmail-qfilter.
You have to patch qmail-queue in the qmail package and then apply the rules.
There is a link on www.qmail.org

This will intercept a message before it hits the queue and check for certain
characteristics (in your and my case, attached Microsoft viruses) and throw
them out.
