It gets better, now with vpopmail 4.10.32, its asking for more options to be set ?

checking for AIX... no
yes
checking for floor in -lm... yes
checking for compress in -lz... yes
configure: error: Unable to find your inc dir, specify --enable-incdir.

I am running with the following options so far:

/configure --enable-roaming-users=y --prefix=/data1/vpopmail
--enable-qmaildir=/data1/qmail --enable-default-domain=test.com
--enable-sqlincdir=/data1/mysql/include/mysql
--enable-sqllibdir=/data1/mysql/lib/mysql --enable-mysql=y --enable-large-site=y
--enable-qmail-inject=/data1/qmail/bin --enable-qmail-newu=/data1/qmail/bin
--enable-qmail-newmrh=/data1/qmail/bin
