First of all, this is the wrong list.  Ask on the vpopmail list.  Second,
this has been answered, do a search through the archives.

But to summarize the problem, you have your softlimit is not set high
enough to allocate enough memory to load your libc library.  Increase that
value until you stop getting the error.
