Okay,
I downloaded Mozilla, and saw what you were talking about. I think I
have it solved by changing:
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd";>
to read simply as:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.0 Transitional//EN">
I do not know why this presents the problem, this is probably not the
best fix. If anyone knows why, I would welcome the insight.
Provided nothing major comes up wrong with what I have, I will have a
link to download the templates by Friday morning. (US CENTRAL TIME)
