domain address when sending mail under an alias of a virtual domain

I have a virtual domain cmrl.wustl.edu with several pop users.
I created an alias to this domain called cvu.wustl.edu.

When I log into sqwebmail as [EMAIL PROTECTED] and create message, the 
"From:" field shows [EMAIL PROTECTED] Is there anyway to use domain 
aliases and have sqwebmail show the correct @domain ? If not I will just 
create separate domains.
