The authdaemon is running.
I have some more info now.
I am using virtual hosting on this server. I am hosting mail for two
domains.
If I use just the username and password for the default domain (without
specifying the domain name in UserID text box), I am logged in and things go
on well.
But if I use the domain name along with the userID, it does not allow me log
in.
The result is that I am able to log into only one e-mail domain (default
domain) as I can not mention the domain name.
