Compile sqwebmail

I decided to do this with /etc/passwd support for my primary domain, as I'm
not sure if OpenBSD has PAM, or what I'd need to do to configure it. The
problem is, though, if I don't specify a default domain with vpopmail,
sqwebmail (2.1.1) won't compile, period -- I keep getting the error about
DEFAULT_DOMAIN being undefined.

Should I be using a different version of Sqwebmail (i.e. is this a bug
that's been fixed)? Or could I compile vpopmail with a default domain and
still use /etc/passwd support in Sqwebmail, such that my primary domain
users logged in as USER (not [EMAIL PROTECTED]) and had Maildirs in their home
directories?

Thanks again for all of your help.
