mailfilter not to allow *.EXE files?

Hi, 

can I tell sqwebmail 2.1.1 & maildrop 1.3.4 to do not accept (I mean reject 
with a message) any *.EXE (or whatever *.XXX file) ? Whould it be difficult 
to set up? Or maybe it is in 3.x sqwebmail already included?
