Our setups are all FreeBSD. So you might have to change the paths below to 
reflect that of your own.

This example will assume you have a user named mohammed which is in the 
alqueda domain. Be sure the webgpg is 755 

cd /usr/local/share/sqwebmail
./webgpg ~vpopmail/domains/alqueda/mohammed/Maildir 

Done
