Hmm..  I am not sure about that.  I have never made web pages in any other
language.  There may be a META tag you can add or something like that.  I
would go through the /html dir and use the same methods that you normally
use to create a web page.  Don't forget to check the sqwebmail.css file as
well.  I know that sqwebmail is multi-national, so there me be a command
line option you missed for Chinese.
