I am currently running a qmail+vpop+mysql system for a couple hundred users. Most of the users are heavy sqwebmail users and recently we have been having trouble with authdaemon not authenticating them. I would like to recompile sqwebmail without authdaemon. I will use the same version etc.. but wanted to check with the list first to see if there was anything I should watch out for. The last thing I need is 500 customers calling in with webmail problems :). Below are the options I originally compiled sqwebmail with followed by the options I'm planning on using. Please feel free to reply to me in private if you don't feel this is list-worthy. OG: ./configure --disable-changepass --enable-autopurge=30 --enable-cgibindir=/ var/www/cgi-bin/ --enable-imagedir=/var/www/html/images/sqwebmail --with-mod ule=authvchkpw NEW: ./configure --without-authdaemon --with-authvchkpw --enable-changepass -enab le-autopurge=30 --enable-cgibindir=/var/www/cgi-bin/ --enable-imagedir=/var/ www/html/images/sqwebmail Thanks in advance, Micah ps: Also if I decided to upgrade to the lateset sqwebmail instead of recompiling the same old version, would there be any issues?
