I already told you that it is probably a relay issue.  You will have to add
your network to the tcp.smtp file which will then allow your hosts to send
mail.  If you do not do this, you will not be able to send mail as qmail is
going to deny you unless you specifically permit it.  If you are not sure
how to do this, I suggest looking over the life with qmail document.
