I know, bad form to reply to one's own post, but I forgot to tell you the
problem:

The password text fields appear on the web page, but when I click 'Change
Password', I get the following error:

---------------------------------------------------------
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
 to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [EMAIL PROTECTED] and inform
them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that
may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Apache/1.3.27 Server at cvsup.wingnet.net Port 80
---------------------------------------------------------

That's a pretty generic error, eh? I get the same thing if I change the
permissions on the sqwebmail cgi (they're root:wheel right now).

Also, if I don't actually click the 'Change Password' button, then it doesn't
give me an error, but it doesn't change the password either...
