I agree that a dynamic interface is better if one is available, but I was just suggesting that we keep it simple for now so that we can get a few templates up right away. If there is a package manager that someone would like to suggest, I will install/support it for the manager if he wants to use it. The important thing here is that someone agrees to BE that manager. The fancy tools that he chooses to do his job don't really matter yet.
