first hire C++ programmer todo something like you want
if the programmer feel it's program should be in GPL then you will find it in sf.net 
or freshmeat.net
if not .. u can't.
as i remember in this mailing list, this question has been asked before. but there's 
no result for changing or patching sqwebmail code.
