I have used several of the later verisions of sqwebmail- netscape 4.x has some issues- but other than that it works incredibly well. The problems that you are describing I have never experienced nor had any customers report, except for Netscape 4.x oddities. And if they are still using Netscape 4.x, time for an upgrade.
