I would like to add additional time zones to TIMEZONELIST, but I have been
having difficulty finding sources either on my server (man pages and
elsewhere, including /usr/share/zoneinfo) that give time zone information in
the form needed, i.e. not only the UTC offsets, but the correct local time
zone abbreviation for normal and daylight savings time, plus any special
start and end information for daylight time.

contains a lot of information, but I haven't so far managed to dredge out
much that is of use for a server administrator wishing to up timezone
entries.
In particular right now I am wishing to add time zones for europe.
