Then how DID you configure SqWebMail?

Without the options you used to configure it, only guesses can be made, 
please provide more information.

Additionally, it doesn't help to hide information, maybe a "cat -e 
/path/to/sqwebmail/logindomainlist" would also help to see why the 
second domain is doing that.
