In your installation directory .../sqwebmail/html/en-us/login.html commenting out lines 71 through 76 will make the checkbox go away.
Don't forget expired.html and invalid.html
Addiitonally, you can leave it there, and just remove checked="checked" from it - that will still allow it to be an option, just not have it on by default.
