[sqwebmail] Can't open template form.

Hello sqwebmail list, I have been running sqwebmail 3.3.1 on my site w/o a 
hitch for more than a year. I have been building a new Linux box server from 
the ground up and decided to upgrade to 3.3.7. All compiles and installs OK. 
When I run: http://localhost/cgi-bin/sqwebmail I get the following error: 
Can't load form template. Also, I enabled https but invoking: 
https://localhost/cgi-bin/sqwebmail only returns site not found. Ideas and 
suggestions welcomed. Thanks, David.
