I am facing the same problem. Everything works fine except sqwebmail. It intermittently denies access. I would like see the log file (if any)
There is an issue regarding authentication daemon that running against Sqwebmail and Vpopmail, the probable cause of intermittent deny access. I suggest that you use another authentication method, perhaps LDAP or MySQL. I personally choose MySQL.
