Changes:

* GPG cleanup.  Cleaned up and merged code from the mimegpg wrapper into the 
main sqwebmail binary.  Previously, a separate helper process, mimegpg, was 
used to invoke gpg to sign/encrypt/decrypt/verify MIME messages.  There are 
no functional changes; the goal of this development build is to make sure 
that nothing is broken with encryption.  Encryption might now actually be a 
little bit faster with large messages, since the cleanup removed the need to 
write out a temporary file for mimegpg to do its job.

For those not on the Courier list: last week I released the Cone mail 
client.  This cleanup paves the way to reuse sqwebmail's GPG wrapper code in 
Cone, at a future date.
