[sqwebmail] sqwebmail: maildircache: Cache create failure - cannot change to bin

when I try to use sqwebmail for the first time I get sqwebmail: maildircache: Cache create failure - cannot change to bin in my /var/log/messages   I've been doing some research and it seams its a permissions issue I reset the permissions: chown bin:bin /var/run/sqwebmail and still get the same error.  I've reset the permissions on every sqwebmail directory I could find and still same message.   funny thing about this error. I have seen it posted on several message boards, this same exact error. so I know I'm not the only one.  but I have not seen one reply to any of those messages.    any help would be good
