What is 'wrong timestamp'? Do they appear in GMT/UTC?

Sqwebmail chooses the timezone by setting the environment variable 'TZ', so
I'd guess that isn't working on your system: try

   TZ="GMT+8"
   export TZ
   date

Does the output of 'date' produce the time you expect? If not, you will have
to try to find another string in TZ which does.

Also, make sure your system clock is set correctly: use ntpdate to sync up
to a known time source.

   # ntpdate tock.gpsclock.com

Regards,

Brian.
