I'm not sure I get the "multi-organization" thing. If you build a closed box
where none of the users have shell access (this is the important thing), or
any shell users only get their mail via IMAP, then it's not a problem. You
build a mail system where *all* mail is owned by the same uid. This is a
typical way to build a server at an ISP, where all the customers could
belong to different 'organizations'
