Hello,
I can't seem to do the obvious thing: deleting the trash contents.
I click on the radio button next to Trash then the "delete folder contents" checkbox then on "Delete Folder".
You are asking to delete the folder itself. The Trash folder cannot be deleted.
If you want to delete Trash's contents, open the Trash, and use "Select All"/"Delete" as often as needed to empty the trash.
