What do your log files say?  Are you getting an error?  What is it?  Are the permissions/ownership on your directory structure correct?
 
A little more information would be helpful to the rest of us.

I have a big problem with a server running qmail + vpopmail 5.2.1 + sqwebmail 3.5.3.
The problem is that i can't view all messages in the Maildir. The messages in Maildir/cur directory are not displayed. The vpopmail is located on the hd of the computer.
