On the subject of template design, might I suggest potential authors
consider what happens when people set their preferences to 50
messages/page.

Having the previous/next icons at the top of the folder display is useful
if you know that you're looking for an old message with a specific date,
no matter how many messages per page. But if you have 50 message/page and
are looking for an old message with a details you can't remember exactly
then you have to scroll down the page to see that the message is not
there then scroll back up to get to the next button.

Similarly, the move/delete stuff ought to be duplicated at the top of
the page. Quite often the messages I want to delete unread (because
I can tell from the subject they're spam) are the new ones which are
at the top of the page. So I select them and then have to scroll
down for the delete button.

Yes, I know I could set a smaller page size and then not have to scroll.
But the option IS there in the preferences so it seems like a good idea
to design templates as though people were going to use it...
