Hi List. I'm using SqWebmail v3.5.1 and I'm having problems with some users being logged off. I can use the system just fine, but I'm getting reports of some people who click on something (e.g. compose email) and suddenly they end up at the login screen with the error about "your ip might have changed, or session timed out" etc. I have disabled the "restrict ip" option, it's always off. Also, my timeouts are set to be very high, 10800 as the softtimeout and these logouts can happen after just a few seconds.
Has anyone else experienced this or knows of what it might be? I would really appreciate some pointers. Regards, Andrew
