Dont know if this message will make the list (been having trouble lately) but...
I'm using SqWebmail on a system with about 150,000 mailboxes. There is a login approximately every second. Seems to cope just fine, although it does SIGSEGV about once a minute (the user doesn't seem to notice though).
I'd like to see the backtrace on any core dump.
Try recompiling with optimizations turned off.
