BTW, is someone going to be monitoring help requests sent to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> now? Or will we need to be like our fiendishly clever friend who decided to actually pick up a telephone and call someone for assistance?
I mean either way is probably okay, except that the help address is listed in the headers of every message on this list, which makes it somewhat preferable from our viewpoint. But if we just know how we *should* be contacting someone with help requests, I'm sure we can handle it differently if need be.
