[sqwebmail] Cache ?

Greetings I�ve recently changed my mail server, and dureing that change I 
had some problems with ntp.
Now all the clock are synchronized but I still hav messages in the inbox 
that I can�t delete and also the biggest problem is that I cant see the new 
messages�.
The messages are there because I can receive it using Outlook�. 

Is there any way of �remaking� the Inbox or something ? 

This is very urgent, please help..
