[sqwebmail] how to install sqwebmail under Linux Mandrake 9.1

i can't login in my server ex: http://henry.ipb.ac.id/cgi-bin/sqwebmail
the message was -> invalid user id or password
i 'am using Linux Mandrake 9.1 ,autentikasi using pam.d
why ?, can somebody help me.
