The solution is changing authentication method to authmysql in Sqwebmail and MySQL database for authentication backend in Vpopmail. Works flawlessly up til now.
Add "--enable-mysql=y" in Vpopmail configure session (you should look at "./configure --help" for more details and related options) and "--with-module=authmysql" in Sqwebmail configure (you need to add "--without-module=[other auth module]" there also). There are also other crucial options but I can't remember them now, read Vpopmail and Sqwebmail manual thoroughly.
Of course you need a working MySQL database engine and a MySQL account.
