[sqwebmail] vmailmgr

Is anyone using sqwebmail with vmailmgr? If so would you share the 
install instructions? I tried setting it up the way Courier is setup but 
it won't authenticate users. The vmailmgr list is very quit and hasn't 
responded to my request for info.
