[sqwebmail] error with sqwebmail-ip

HI , I installed sqwebmail 3.6.2 through rpm on REDHAT 9 after managing all problems , i had the following problem : Unable to open for write: ./sqwebmail-ip Permission denied   please be adviced that I am trying to authenticate from mysql database.
