Read the document INSTALL which is in the top-level of the source tarball.
* --disable-autorenamesent - do not rename the Sent folder every month.
This option can also be controlled by the SQWEBMAIL_AUTORENAMESENT
environment variable (which can be set in Apache's httpd.conf, for
example).
