I am not running NFS and am seeing a problem very similar to what Steve
is describing.  Preliminary debugging seems to indicate that during
the time of failure, sqwebmail doesn't find any of its POST arguments
(i.e. cgi("folder") returns "" in sqwebmail.c).  I have not had time to
track it down further.  I am starting to suspect my version of Apache.
